Defective pipes often have a localized problem which can be repaired with a trenchless technique known as PermaPatch. Instead of full length rehabilitation, a short liner is being installed inside the pipe for a spot repair. The materials used in this process are thermo-setting plastics along with reinforcement fabrics.
